A leading technology organisation in the UAE is seeking a
Senior Servicenow Developer
to play a key role in a large-scale, greenfield ServiceNow implementation.
This is a hands-on technical position focused on delivering scalable, high-quality solutions across catalogue development, workflow automation, Employee Centre configuration, and integrations.
You will work within a structured, enterprise environment alongside architecture and delivery teams to ensure best-practice implementation and long-term platform sustainability.
Role
- Design and build advanced Service Catalogue solutions (dynamic forms, UI policies, client scripts)
- Develop and optimise workflows using Flow Designer including approvals, SLAs, and automation
- Configure and enhance Employee Centre (UI Builder) with dashboards and user experience improvements
- Implement and maintain integrations (REST APIs / IntegrationHub) across enterprise systems
- Enforce ACLs and role-based access controls ensuring security and compliance
- Ensure high-performance, scalable, and upgrade-safe configurations across the platform
- Apply best practices in scripting, testing, and platform governance
- Support Agile delivery including sprints, UAT, releases, and stakeholder collaboration
- What we're looking for:
- Someone who hands-on experience with
- greenfield
- ServiceNow implementations
- 6+ years as a hands-on ServiceNow Developer
- Strong track record in enterprise-level implementations
- Experience working in catalogue-heavy environments
- Hands-on expertise with Flow Designer and workflow automation
- Experience with Employee Centre / UI Builder
- This is open to relocators but we
- cannot
- consider anyone with more than a 2 month notice period.
- There is also no relocation support.
