About the Role
Solink is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to act as a Business Partner to Sales Leaders, analyzing data and providing insights to scale revenue growth. You will establish customer lifecycle processes, optimize CRM (Salesforce), and build dashboards.

Responsibilities
- Establish and refine customer lifecycle management processes to ensure seamless hand offs between Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals
- Identify bottlenecks in sales and operational workflows, implementing automation and process improvements
- Analyze forecasting data to identify risks and make proactive recommendations to Sales Leaders
- Present data in reports and dashboards that are easy to understand and inform decision making
- Ensure CRM (Salesforce) is set up to deliver smooth hand offs from the Sales Team
- Build reports and dashboards in clear, actionable formats for AEs and Sales Leadership
- Act as a business partner to main stakeholders, staying aligned on priorities and processes
- Partner with leaders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations for cross functional alignment
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a high growth B2B SaaS company
- Proven expertise in CRM management (preferably Salesforce) with workflows, automation, reports, dashboards
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, IF statements, filters)
- Advanced user of Google Apps Script with hands on experience building automations
- Proficient with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and able to speak to specific use cases
- Experience handling process changes with high consideration to change management
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or eligible to work in Canada
- Must undergo a criminal records check upon hire

- CAD 107,313 CAD 130,000
