Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or account management, preferably within healthcare, dental, or clinical services
- Strong skills in sales strategy, pipeline management, and performance analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building abilities
- Competence in CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Leadership skills to guide and support sales teams
- Solid understanding of the Dubai healthcare market and patient expectations
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field

Role Description
- The Senior Sales Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, combining on site presence at VIP Dental Clinic locations with some work from home flexibility.
- This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow patient volumes, strengthen referral networks, and promote clinic services.
Day to day Activities
- Managing key accounts and partnerships
- Overseeing lead generation and conversion
- Tracking and analyzing sales performance
- Preparing regular reports for leadership
- Collaborating closely with clinical and administrative teams

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or account management, preferably within healthcare, dental, or clinical services.
