Requirements

- Excellent Communication skills for presenting proposals, negotiating agreements, and coordinating with stakeholders
- Background in healthcare, dental services, or related industries is an advantage
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and prioritize deadlines effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in standard office software and collaboration tools; strong analytical and reporting skills

Role Description
- The Alliance Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on site work at VIP Dental Clinic locations and some work from home flexibility.
- This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic alliances with healthcare providers, corporate partners, and community organizations to expand the clinic’s network and services.
- Day to day tasks include conducting market research, evaluating partnership opportunities, preparing proposal materials, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.

- Excellent Communication skills for presenting proposals, negotiating agreements, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Background in healthcare, dental services, or related industries is an advantage, with understanding of local Dubai market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
