Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross functional teams, manage timelines, and support process improvement initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and planning software
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Understanding of patient centered care principles and commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality

Role Description
- The Planning Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with opportunities for some work from home flexibility.
- This role is responsible for developing and maintaining operational and capacity plans for clinical services, coordinating schedules across dental centers and the laboratory, and aligning resource allocation with patient demand.
- The Planning Manager will analyze performance data, identify process improvements, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient flow and appointment availability.
- Day to day tasks include preparing planning reports and dashboards, monitoring adherence to plans, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and contributing to strategic projects that enhance clinic efficiency and patient experience.
- The role involves regular communication with leadership and staff to ensure plans are clearly understood, realistic, and effectively implemented.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations planning, resource scheduling, or clinic administration, preferably within healthcare or dental services.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, including the ability to work with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross functional teams, manage timelines, and support process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations, or a related field; relevant certifications are beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and planning software; familiarity with clinic management or scheduling systems is a plus.
