- Track performance metrics and refine initiatives based on data and feedback
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities and attend relevant industry events
- Ensure business development efforts align with the clinic’s brand and patient care standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within healthcare or service based industries
- Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and networking with corporate clients and partners
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Competence in preparing proposals, presentations, and business cases using standard office and collaboration tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage part time hours
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with the UAE healthcare market or dental services sector is a plus

Role Description
- The Business Development Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home.
- This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, including partnerships, referral networks, and corporate client relationships to increase patient volumes and revenue.
Day to day Tasks
- Market research
- Outreach to potential partners
- Preparing proposals
- Supporting negotiations and contract discussions
- Collaborating with clinic leadership to develop and implement strategic growth plans

- Coordinating marketing and promotional activities

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within healthcare or service based industries.
- Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and networking with corporate clients and partners.
