Requirements
- Strong skills in Capacity Planning and Capacity Management to optimize clinic and laboratory resources.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast demand, and generate actionable insights.
- Operations Management skills to support efficient workflows, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Project Management skills to lead or support capacity related initiatives and process improvements.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, dentistry, or clinical operations is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi disciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, scheduling systems, and basic analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

Role Description
- The Capacity Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on site presence at the clinics and some work from home flexibility.
- This role is responsible for analyzing patient flow, chair utilization, and appointment scheduling to ensure optimal use of clinical and laboratory capacity.
- Day to day activities include monitoring operational metrics, forecasting demand, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to balance resources and staffing with patient needs.
- The Capacity Manager will collaborate on process improvements, support project initiatives related to expansion or service changes, and prepare regular reports and recommendations for management.
- The role also involves aligning capacity plans with service quality goals and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across the multi specialty clinics.
