- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage multiple partnerships, and use CRM or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Role Description
- The Channel Development Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, combining on site collaboration at VIP Dental Clinic locations with flexibility for some work from home.
- This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with channel partners, such as corporate clients, referral networks, and strategic alliances that can drive patient acquisition and brand visibility.
- Day to day tasks include building and executing business plans for channel growth, coordinating sales activities with partners, monitoring performance against targets, and maintaining strong account management practices to ensure long term collaboration.
- The Channel Development Manager will work closely with the clinic’s leadership team to align channel strategies with overall business objectives, track market trends, and recommend improvements to maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Business Planning and strategic development, with the ability to create and implement effective channel growth plans.
- Proven skills in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners to increase market reach and generate qualified leads.
- Strong Account Management and Sales capabilities, including relationship building, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Background in healthcare, dental services, or related industries is preferred, with an understanding of local Dubai market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage multiple partnerships, and use CRM or similar tools for tracking activities.
