Role Overview

  • The Senior Executive – Sales plays a key role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, recovering inactive accounts, and expanding market presence across Hadi Enterprises' product portfolio.
  • Reporting to the Head of HORECA Sales, the role is responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement account level sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitality, institutional, retail, corporate, and distribution sectors.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within approved pricing, discount, and payment guidelines.
  • Re establish relationships with inactive or lost accounts and recover business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, account performance analyses, pipeline reports, and revenue forecasts.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer interactions, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience within the UAE market.
  • Experience in HORECA, hospitality supply, trading, distribution, FMCG, consumer goods, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
