- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, education, healthcare, hospitality, and SME sectors
- Promote and sell Managed Print Services, Audio Visual Solutions, Office Furniture, and Office Automation products and services
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and site assessments
- Prepare and present customized proposals, commercial offers, and solution recommendations
- Lead negotiations and close sales opportunities while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and market engagement
- Participate in tenders, RFQs, and RFP submissions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision makers
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Managed Print Services, Audio Visual Solutions, Office Furniture, Office Automation, or related B2B industries
- Demonstrated experience in business development, key account management, and solution selling
- Strong understanding of consultative and value based sales methodologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage

Role Overview
- The Senior Executive – Sales will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence across Managed Print Services (MPS), Audio Visual Solutions, Office Furniture, and Office Automation business segments.
- The role requires a highly motivated sales professional with strong business development capabilities, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, education, healthcare, hospitality, and SME sectors.
- Promote and sell Managed Print Services (MPS), Audio Visual Solutions, Office Furniture, and Office Automation products and services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and site assessments to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, commercial offers, and solution recommendations.
- Lead negotiations with customers and close sales opportunities while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Managed Print Services (MPS), Audio Visual Solutions, Office Furniture, Office Automation, Workplace Technology Solutions, or related B2B industries.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, key account management, and solution selling.
- Strong understanding of consultative and value based sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
