Role Overview

  • The Senior Executive – Sales will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence across Managed Print Services (MPS), Audio Visual Solutions, Office Furniture, and Office Automation business segments.
  • The role requires a highly motivated sales professional with strong business development capabilities, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, education, healthcare, hospitality, and SME sectors.
  • Promote and sell Managed Print Services (MPS), Audio Visual Solutions, Office Furniture, and Office Automation products and services.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and site assessments to understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, commercial offers, and solution recommendations.
  • Lead negotiations with customers and close sales opportunities while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and market engagement.
  • Participate in tenders, RFQs, and RFP submissions while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision makers.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Managed Print Services (MPS), Audio Visual Solutions, Office Furniture, Office Automation, Workplace Technology Solutions, or related B2B industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, key account management, and solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and value based sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
