- Welcome customers warmly and provide a high standard of customer service
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable clothing, accessories, and outfit combinations
- Provide styling advice based on customer preferences, body type, and fashion trends
- Take accurate customer measurements for fittings and alterations
- Perform basic garment alterations such as hemming, minor adjustments, and fitting corrections
- Coordinate complex alterations with in house or external tailors when required
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and store presentation
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and accurately process customer transactions
- Meet individual and store sales targets while maximizing sales opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 5 years of experience in fashion retail sales with hands on tailoring experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma or certification in Fashion Design, Tailoring, or related field preferred
- Experience in garment fitting, alterations, hemming, resizing, and measuring
- Proficiency in using sewing machines and tailoring tools for minor alterations
- Strong knowledge of women's fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction, and styling
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and extended retail hours
- Basic English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage

Position Summary
- We are seeking a professional and customer focused Fashion Sales Lady with fashion retail and tailoring experience to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent sales and customer service skills, and hands on experience in garment fitting, measuring, and basic alterations.
- This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while assisting customers with styling recommendations and ensuring garments fit perfectly through accurate measurements and alteration coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
- Female candidate.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Diploma or certification in Fashion Design, Tailoring, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fashion retail sales with hands on tailoring experience.
- Mandatory Requirement: Previous experience in fashion retail, with the ability to independently assist customers, recommend products, perform garment measurements, and handle basic tailoring or alteration requirements.
- Experience in garment fitting, alterations, hemming, resizing, and measuring.
- Proficiency in using sewing machines and tailoring tools for minor alterations.
- Strong knowledge of women's fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction, and styling.
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and provide personalized shopping experiences.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling cash/card transactions.
- Ability to maintain accurate sales records and inventory awareness.

Working Conditions
- Full time role.
- Retail store environment.
- Weekend, public holiday, and evening shifts may be required based on business needs.
- Standing for extended periods and assisting customers throughout the working day.
- Occasional lifting and handling of garments, accessories, and display materials.
