Responsibilities
- Provide advanced servicing and advisory support to high value, priority, or complex customers
- Take ownership of escalated customer cases and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders
- Perform and support complex or high value cash and non cash transactions within delegated authority
- Act as a checking and escalation point for sensitive transactions, overrides, and exception handling
- Exercise senior accountability for compliance and risk outcomes by applying KYC, AML, sanctions, and regulatory requirements
- Proactively review records, identify emerging risk trends or control weaknesses, and ensure timely reporting
- Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies and procedures
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Branch Banking, Retail Banking Operations, or Customer Servicing roles within a Banking or Financial Services environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics or a related discipline
- Experience with Complex or High Value Transactions, Priority Customer Handling, Escalations, and Regulatory and Compliance Requirements
- Knowledge of Branch Banking Operations, Complex Cash and Non Cash Transaction Processing, Customer Relationship Management, Retail Banking Products and Services, Operational Risk Awareness including KYC and AML
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Interpersonal, Multitasking and Time Management Skills

Ideal Candidate Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in Branch Banking, Retail Banking Operations, or Customer Servicing roles within a Banking or Financial Services environment, with exposure to Complex or High‑Value Transactions, Priority Customer Handling, Escalations, and Regulatory and Compliance Requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics or a related discipline.
