Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, 2 years of which in a reward focused role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related subjects
- Written and verbal English
- Experience of HR and rewards Management Systems
- Knowledge of Regulatory Frameworks
- MS Office Proficient

Key Responsibilities
- Support the review and implementation of compensation and benefits policies, guidelines and procedures, including the planning, coordination and delivery of key reward cycles such as fixed pay, variable pay and benefits reviews.
- Participate in compensation surveys through the collection and validation of market data and develop structured outputs to support the review of reward outcomes
- Conduct specialized analysis of compensation and benefits data across market surveys and internal datasets, leveraging tools such as Power BI.
- Translate data into actionable insights to support senior management in informed decision making and the evaluation of reward strategies.
- Support the development and maintenance of the Bank’s job architecture by reviewing job profiles and managing the creation and updates of jobs within the system.
- Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions.
- Serve as a key point of contact for all external vendors working with the Rewards team. Track deliverables, manage invoicing and contract amendments including set up of new service providers
- Identify opportunities to contribute to organizational and departmental change initiatives, programs and projects taking into account best practice and standards in the business environment
Ideal Candidate Experience
- At least 5 years of experience, 2 years of which in a reward focused role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related subjects
- Written and verbal English
- Experience of HR and rewards Management Systems
- Knowledge of Regulatory Frameworks
- MS Office Proficient
