Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
- Qatar construction experience is mandatory.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification is mandatory.
- Valid Quality Management certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QA/QC systems, inspections, ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs, CAPA, audits, and quality documentation.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Strong communication, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor QA/QC activities across construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Review and implement ITPs, Method Statements, and Quality Plans.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality audits.
- Monitor NCRs and corrective and preventive actions.
- Support internal, external, and client audits.
- Maintain QA/QC records and prepare quality reports.
- Support the QA/QC Manager in achieving quality objectives and continuous improvement.
