Lead the operation and maintenance of a large-scale facility while ensuring contractual delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
The role requires strong Building Management Systems knowledge, particularly Siemens BMS or equivalent platforms, alongside project and team management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of a large facility and lead the site maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, client KPIs, and service level agreements.
- Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
- Review technical reports, engineering proposals, maintenance strategies, and system performance analyses.
- Serve as the primary client contact and maintain relationships through communication and performance reviews.
- Prepare project reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and statutory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including significant management experience.
- Experience managing large Facilities Management or Maintenance contracts.
- Strong knowledge of Siemens BMS or other leading Building Management Systems.
- Experience managing large sites and multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
- Ability to achieve client KPIs and contractual milestones.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems is preferred.
Work Arrangement
- The role is based at a large facility site in Doha, Qatar and involves on-site operations and maintenance management.
- The employment type provided for the role is contract.
