Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
- At least eight years of relevant QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
- Qatar construction experience is mandatory.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is mandatory.
- Valid quality management certification.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QA/QC systems, inspections, ITPs, method statements, NCRs, CAPA, audits, and quality documentation.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Strong communication, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor QA/QC activities across construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Review and implement ITPs, method statements, and quality plans.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality audits.
- Monitor NCRs and corrective and preventive actions.
- Support internal, external, and client audits.
- Maintain QA/QC records and prepare quality reports.
- Support the QA/QC Manager with quality objectives and continuous improvement.
Salary
- The stated salary range is QAR 8,000 to QAR 10,000, with no payment cadence specified.
