The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

This role involves managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process.

The consultant will analyze market trends, prepare competitive property listings, and negotiate offers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, providing expert advice on property values and investment opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.

The role also requires accurate documentation, adherence to regulatory requirements, and proactive follow-up to support client satisfaction and business growth.

• Strong Consulting skills with the ability to provide informed, data-driven property and investment advice.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
• Proven Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, empathy, and long-term client relationship management.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation to close deals.
• Solid Real Estate knowledge of local Abu Dhabi market trends, property laws, and transaction processes.
• Relevant experience as a property consultant or similar role within real estate, preferably at a senior level.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software for managing listings and client records.
• Professional demeanor, high level of integrity, and commitment to ethical real estate practices.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
