Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The role manages the full sales and leasing cycle, from client prospecting through property viewings, negotiations, and transaction support.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for clients, conduct property viewings, and present suitable property options.
- Maintain knowledge of local market trends and prepare and review contracts.
- Guide clients through negotiations and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Build and sustain a client network, provide responsive service, and comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid real estate license and strong knowledge of real property regulations and practices.
- Have experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales and leasing transactions.
