The Listing Agent is a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The role manages property listings from initial client contact through successful transaction.
Responsibilities
- Meet property owners, evaluate and advise on listing prices, and prepare properties for market.
- Create property descriptions, coordinate photography and marketing materials, and update listings across platforms.
- Respond to buyer and tenant inquiries, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers aligned with client objectives.
- Coordinate documentation and closing with internal teams.
- Maintain knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and competitive listings.
Qualifications
- Strong property listing, marketing, client relationship management, negotiation, and sales skills are required.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, local regulations, and documentation processes is required.
- Strong organization and time management are required for multiple listings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Digital tools and platforms for property marketing, communication, and listing management are required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Previous real estate sales, leasing, or listing experience is highly beneficial.
- A real estate license or eligibility to obtain one is preferred.
- The role requires on-site work and frequent property visits.
