Role Description
The Real Estate Agent works on-site in Abu Dhabi in a full-time capacity.
The role supports clients throughout property buying, selling, and leasing transactions.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, prepare and present listings, and advise clients on market conditions.
- Negotiate offers, coordinate contracts and documentation, and ensure transactions comply with local regulations.
- Maintain company records, provide customer service, and collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- A valid real estate license and knowledge of local real estate regulations are required.
- Experience in real estate and property transactions, including sales and leasing, is required.
- Strong sales, customer service, communication, negotiation, and documentation skills are required.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and basic digital marketing is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- Previous Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate market experience is preferred.
Work Arrangement
- The position is on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
