Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The broker will manage residential and commercial property sourcing, listings, viewings, transactions, and client support.
Responsibilities
- Source and list residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing.
- Prospect and follow up with leads, prepare proposals, negotiate offers, and support contract compliance.
- Maintain market knowledge, build client relationships, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide customer support.
Qualifications
- Strong brokerage, real estate, customer service, and sales skills are required.
- Knowledge of real property, including ownership, leasing, and local regulatory matters, is required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and fluency in English are required.
- Applicants should be able to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet performance targets.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and basic computer skills is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant UAE real estate broker or agent experience is highly beneficial.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license and access to transportation are preferred.
- Relevant real estate certifications or licenses are an asset.
