Amlak One Real Estate is seeking a Listing Specialist to manage and optimize property listings across major real estate portals.
The role aims to maximize listing visibility and lead generation.
Key responsibilities
- Create, update, and optimize listings on Property Finder, Bayut, DARI, and other portals.
- Ensure listings have accurate information, attractive descriptions, and high-quality photos.
- Monitor listing performance, leads, views, and inquiries.
- Manage expired, rejected, and inactive listings.
- Coordinate with agents to collect and update property information.
- Monitor portal credits and listing exposure.
- Ensure listings comply with portal and company guidelines.
- Prepare basic reports on listing performance and lead generation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate portals, listings, or property administration is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, and DARI.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage.
