Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The role advises clients on property purchases, sales, rentals, and investments using current market data.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings, prepare and present proposals, negotiate offers, and coordinate transactions.
- Build and maintain a client portfolio and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Provide customer service and maintain accurate records of leads, contracts, and follow-ups.
- Stay informed about market trends, legal requirements, and company offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting, advisory, communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated sales capability, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Foundational real estate knowledge; Abu Dhabi or UAE market experience is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and maintain organized documentation.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; listing-platform familiarity is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- A relevant diploma or degree is preferred, along with a valid UAE driving license.
