Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, development, and implementation for a range of projects
- Facilitate meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to identify, assess, and evaluate risk issues
- Prepare and implement a risk management plan for construction projects
- Predict potential financial liability for the Division
- Handle costs, claims associated with cost and time, change order management, and conflict resolution
- Ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope
- Comply with Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies
Requirements
- Strong background in pre construction management including contract management, procurement, tendering, estimating, and cost
- Good working knowledge of schedule management and sequence of activities from pre design to closeout
- Experience in managing and overseeing project planning, development, and implementation
- Ability to facilitate meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Experience in risk management plan preparation and implementation
- Ability to predict potential financial liability
- Experience handling costs, claims, change orders, and conflict resolution

Role Overview
