ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Senior Projects Manager for its access solutions business.
The role is responsible for delivering projects within agreed time, cost, and quality requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed contract time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Manage project correspondence and letters.
- Attend client and consultant meetings and guide them through project processes.
- Follow up on submittals and inspections to obtain approvals within the approved program.
- Follow up on payment applications to support timely collection.
- Write progress reports and present them to management.
- Monitor work in accordance with project schedules.
- Maintain project management plans.
- Manage subcontractors and third-party suppliers for each project.
- Submit forecast reports and achieve management-set forecasts and targets.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Engineering degree holder.
- Seven years of experience in the same field or products.
- High level of computer skills.
