Sales Manager - Developers UAE

Key Accountabilities

• Own development of the multi-residential channel and product portfolio across the Middle East.
• Manage developer and key-stakeholder accounts, retain existing accounts, and add new accounts.
• Develop and implement a long-term sales strategy with internal stakeholders.
• Support customers, architects, contractors, distributors, and partners with feasible multi-residential solutions.
• Support specification of complete door opening solutions, including digital locks, access control, intercom, glass hardware, doors, and related products.
• Use the sales CRM to capture project pipelines and competitive activity.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, events, and regional industry workgroups.
• Develop after-sales support, client retention, and project support from specification through execution.
• Maintain product, service, process, and EN/ANSI standards knowledge and respond to customer inquiries.
• Travel regularly within the Middle East and other relevant markets.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Master's degree in business management or equivalent.
• GAI Diploma.
• At least 10 years of ironmongery industry experience.
• Negotiation, organization, planning, communication, and analytical skills.
• Excellent MS Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working in multicultural teams within a matrix environment.
• Prior multi-residential project experience and industry knowledge are essential.
• Knowledge of EN/ANSI standards, digital locks, MKS, and access control is a plus.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
