Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate with Order Entry, Technical, Engineering, Quality, Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams during project approval stages.
- Coordinate hardware samples, mock-ups, material submittal approvals, and testing.
- Coordinate project execution, including shop drawing approvals and product delivery within agreed deadlines.
- Resolve customers' technical and delivery-time queries and partner with Sales on customer concerns.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering commitments on time and professionally.
- Identify recurring issues, escalate them internally, and establish project time frames.
- Manage multiple projects while supporting customers before and after implementation.
- Enter customer service inputs into the ERP system and keep customer data current.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Engineering degree or extensive experience in construction, building, or civil/structural products.
- At least five years of experience in the same field or products.
- Experience working with ERP systems; MS Navision experience is preferred.
- Experience working across different markets and cultures.
- Ability to take responsibility and show initiative and creativity.
- High level of computer skills.
