The Role
We are partnering with a well-established and reputable real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, known for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across the Kingdom.
They are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong construction and site experience, particularly in high-rise or tower developments.
This role will be based in Makkah and will play a critical part in leading project execution from construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of high-rise construction projects
- Oversee site operations, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and best practices
- Drive coordination between stakeholders to resolve technical and construction challenges
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience managing high-rise/tower construction projects
- Strong “hands-on” construction background (main contractor or similar)
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with the Saudi market and regulations is a plus
