About the Role
Elegant Qubes Group seeks a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for exhibitions, interior fit-out, and event projects. The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of estimation experience in the construction or fit-out industry and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents in detail
- Prepare detailed BOQs and cost breakdowns for projects
- Calculate material, labor, subcontractor, and logistics costs
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare commercial proposals and pricing submissions for tenders
- Coordinate with design and project teams for technical clarifications
- Maintain historical cost database for future reference and benchmarking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or related field
- 3 7 years of experience in estimation or cost control
- Experience in exhibitions, interior fit out, or construction industry preferred
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and fabrication processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools/software
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs

- Support tender team in bid preparation and documentation
- Identify cost saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Coordinate with design and project teams for technical clarifications
- Review scope of work and highlight exclusions or risks
- Ensure alignment between estimation and execution requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in estimation or cost control
- Experience in exhibitions, interior fit out, or construction industry preferred
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and fabrication processes
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools/software
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs
- Strong understanding of market rates and vendor pricing
- Good coordination and communication skills
