- Engage proactively with internal and external networks to source, screen, and advance high quality investment opportunities
- Contribute informed insights to support the development, positioning, and sustainability of a competitive private markets offering
- Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative due diligence on private markets investments
- Assess investment merits, risks, structures, governance, and operational capabilities
- Present structured findings to support informed decision making across investment and product approval forums
- Maintain ongoing oversight of approved private markets investments through structured post launch monitoring and periodic reviews
- Assess performance, risk, governance, and operational effectiveness of investments
- Engage with stakeholders and managers to address issues and ensure continued alignment with ADCB standards and client interests
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience within a financial services firm with specific experience in originating or structuring origination and due diligence of private markets funds and transactions in developed markets
- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics

Role Overview

Ideal Candidate Experience
- At least 7 years of experience within a financial services firm with specific experience in originating or structuring origination and due diligence of private markets funds and transactions in developed markets.
