- Drive POPS growth through development of products and programs
- Deliver new products and programs globally or regionally
- Gather and provide VOC and VOD to engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, pricing and logistics teams
- Develop, coordinate and present training materials to various audiences
- Work along with senior management in planning major programs and objectives for the Division
- Forecasting/Business Planning
- Drive Promotional Strategy / coordination
- Competitive Analysis
- Segmenting, targeting and positioning market opportunities to gain market share
- Managing Parts Variance
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent marketing/product experience
- 9 12 years of specific industry, product and/or field experience
- Demonstrate Caterpillar's values of Integrity, Commitment, Excellence and Teamwork
- Ability to deal with sensitive issues, mentor and coach, and/or persuade others on new methods
- Self starter and team player
- Strong communication, presentation and training skills
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Accomplished in the use of business tools for communicating ideas
- Strong project management skills
- Must be able to travel 50% internationally

About Customer Solutions Growth Regions Division
- This team, alongside dealers, engages closely with customers to create, customize and adapt solutions to meet their needs by leveraging the extensive range of offerings available today across products and services, digital and technology, rental and used, and financing.
Role Definition
- As a Senior Parts and Service Marketing Consultant, you will serve as the expert responsible for the development and execution of specialized initiatives to drive profitable parts and service revenue and POPS growth.
What You Will Do
- Lead teams and training for specific projects and/or purpose
- Mentor team members within broader Parts & Service organization
- Drive POPS growth through development of products and programs
- Delivering new products and programs globally or regionally
- Gathering and providing VOC and VOD to the engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, pricing and logistics teams
- Developing, Coordinating and Presenting Training materials to various audiences
- Works along with senior management in planning major programs and objectives for the Division
- Forecasting/Business Planning
- Drive Promotional Strategy / coordination
- Competitive Analysis

Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent marketing/product experience
- 9 12 years of specific industry, product and/or field experience. Or equivalent experience
- Candidate must demonstrate Caterpillar's values of Integrity, Commitment, Excellence and Teamwork
- Ability to deal with sensitive issues, mentor and coach, and/or persuade others on new methods of equipment application, new technology and distribution methods
- Self starter and team player
- Strong communication, presentation and training skills
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Accomplished in the use of business tools for communicating ideas
- Strong project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Machine inspections and product support background
- Broad business background, specific long term product or industry knowledge and excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders at all levels
- Previous 6 Sigma Black Belt or project management experience
