Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all MEP activities related to Electrical and/or Mechanical systems
- Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Review and monitor shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions
- Ensure MEP activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved project schedules
- Identify technical issues and implement timely resolutions to avoid delays
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, authority approvals, and handover activities
- Support commercial teams with variations, claims, and progress assessments
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements
- Monitor subcontractor productivity and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of MEP construction experience
- Strong experience working with reputed Main Contractors
- Proven experience on high rise buildings, residential developments, villas, and mixed use projects
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical systems, ELV systems, testing and commissioning, and authority approvals

Position Overview
- Our client, a leading Main Contracting company in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical) to lead and coordinate MEP activities across major building projects including high rise towers, residential developments, villa communities, hospitality project
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing MEP execution activities, subcontractor coordination, project delivery, quality compliance, and ensuring works are completed in accordance with project specifications, programme requirements, and budget objectives.

Candidate Requirements
