Responsibilities
- Oversee all on site civil works for high rise structures, including deep foundations, core walls, post tensioning, and complex structural elements.
- Review and verify shop drawings, structural designs, and MEP coordination drawings to ensure constructability and resolve clashes before execution.
- Manage and monitor the performance of subcontractors and site foremen to ensure work aligns with the project master schedule.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Identify potential delays and implement recovery plans to maintain the Baseline Schedule.
- Ensure all works meet the Approved Method Statements and Quality Control procedures. Maintain a 'Zero Harm' safety culture on site in compliance with OSHAD/Dubai Municipality standards.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely delivery of materials and ensure proper inspection (MIR) upon arrival.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil construction
- Proven track record of successfully completing High Rise Building projects (G+30 and above) with a Main Contractor
- Must be currently based in the UAE with deep understanding of local building codes and authority regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software (Primavera P6 or MS Project)
- Strong knowledge of concrete technology and structural steel
- Exceptional leadership skills, ability to manage large labor forces, and strong communication skills in English

Role Objective
- The Project Engineer will be responsible for the technical execution, on site coordination, and day to day management of high rise building activities. As a key link between the design and construction phases, you will ensure that the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and in strict ad

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil construction.
- Specific Expertise: Proven track record of successfully completing High Rise Building projects (G+30 and above) with a Main Contractor.
- Location: Must be currently based in the UAE with a deep understanding of local building codes and authority regulations (DM, DDA, Civil Defense, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software (Primavera P6 or MS Project). Strong knowledge of concrete technology and structural steel.
- Attributes: Exceptional leadership skills, ability to manage large labor forces, and strong communication skills in English.
