Responsibilities
- Lead and manage design development of villa and multifamily residential communities from concept to IFC stage
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external design teams to ensure timely delivery of design milestones
- Review and approve architectural and engineering designs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project objectives
- Manage design interface between master planning, infrastructure, landscape, and architectural design teams
- Ensure integration of sustainable design principles, innovation, and high quality standards across all project phases
- Participate in consultant selection, scope definition, and design reviews
- Support project team in resolving design related issues during construction phase
- Maintain close eye on budget, timelines, and quality, ensuring alignment with development strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
- 12–15 years of relevant experience, ideally with top tier developers and consulting firms
- Extensive portfolio of villa and multifamily residential projects in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of local authority guidelines (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)
- Exceptional coordination, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead complex design processes
- Proficiency in design and coordination software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly experienced and design savvy Design Manager to join our client – one of Dubai’s most renowned real estate developers.
- The ideal candidate will bring a strong architectural background with a proven track record in managing the design of large scale villa and multifamily community developments within the UAE, particularly Dubai.
- As Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping residential communities, working across concept, design development, and coordination phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design development of villa and multifamily residential communities from concept to IFC stage.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external design teams to ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
