Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain project QA/QC procedures for MEP works
- Conduct inspections for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV installations
- Review Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and quality documentation
- Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality records
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
- Monitor and close NCRs, observations, and corrective actions
- Review material submittals and method statements from a quality perspective
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in MEP construction works
- Strong Main Contractor experience preferred
- Experience on high rise towers, mixed use developments, and residential projects
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and MEP quality procedures

Position Overview
- Our client is seeking an experienced MEP QA/QC Engineer to manage quality assurance and quality control activities related to MEP works across major building projects within the UAE.
- The successful candidate will ensure that all MEP installations comply with project specifications, approved materials, consultant requirements, authority regulations, and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain project QA/QC procedures for MEP works.
- Conduct inspections for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV installations.
- Review Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and quality documentation.

Candidate Requirements
