About the Role
Our client, a leading Main Contracting company in the UAE, is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead delivery of MEP packages across major building projects. You will manage all MEP activities from design coordination through commissioning and handover, overseeing schedules, budgets, procurement, and teams.

- Lead and manage all MEP activities from design coordination through commissioning and handover
- Develop and implement MEP execution strategies aligned with project objectives
- Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and resource planning
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and quality standards
- Oversee testing, commissioning, authority approvals, and final handover
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support claims management, variations, and commercial discussions
- Lead multidisciplinary MEP teams and subcontractors across multiple work fronts
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 15+ years of experience within MEP construction and project delivery
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager or equivalent leadership role
- Proven experience working for reputable Main Contractors
- Demonstrated success delivering MEP packages on major building developments
- UAE/GCC experience is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, project controls, commercial management, and authority approvals

Position Overview
- Our client, a leading Main Contracting company in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Project Manager – MEP to lead the delivery of all MEP packages across major building projects including high rise developments, residential communities, hospitality projects, and mixed use developments.
- Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, coordination, commercial performance, and successful delivery of MEP works throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop and implement MEP execution strategies aligned with project objectives.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and resource planning.

Candidate Requirements
