About the Role
The employer is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, support new product introduction, and deliver operational excellence in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate process issues and product non-conformances using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Support New Product Introduction and transfer products into manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools including Daily Management, Standard Work, and Lean Conversion.
- Background in process and equipment improvement within a regulated industry.
