About the role
The Manufacturing Process Engineer will shape assembly processes and implement lean improvements.
The role supports projects from concept through delivery and focuses on safety, efficiency, sustainability, quality, and compliance.
The position is associated with NPI projects in Greenwich, London.
Contract and compensation
- The position is described as permanent.
- The advertised compensation is GBP 55,000-60,000 plus bonus and benefits.
Process improvement
- Design lean improvements for tools, equipment, and assembly methods.
- Manage projects from concept to handover while maintaining efficiency and timelines.
- Validate new tooling and processes before production.
- Define KPIs and monitor progress.
Safety and delivery
- Lead PUWER assessments, risk analysis, and safety compliance.
- Ensure new processes are reliable and compliant.
- Track budgets and quality targets.
- Collaborate with R&D, training schools, and wider teams.
