Key Responsibilities
- Mentor, schedule, and develop three Café Supervisors and a wider pool of service staff.
- Maintain efficient high-volume self-service operations and premium table-service standards.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef and Kitchen Manager for seamless service and rapid ticket times.
- Ensure strict allergen compliance and adherence to food safety and health and safety legislation.
