Role Overview
The Learning and Programme Coordinator owns the day-to-day coordination of client programmes.
The role connects clients, delegates, the internal team, and delivery partners to support seamless programme delivery.
The coordinator maps programme dates, coordinates coaching sessions, prepares learning materials, produces 360 reports, and keeps clients updated.
The role also offers opportunities to support supervised learning design projects.

Salary and benefits
- Salary is GBP 26,000 to GBP 30,000 FTE, dependent on experience.
- Benefits include 25 days of paid annual leave, bank holidays, and a birthday day off.
Hours
- The role may be full time at 35 hours across five days or part time for a minimum of three days per week.
Location
- The role is home-based with occasional travel within the UK.
