- Basic salary is stated as GBP 60,000 to GBP 80,000, with expected OTE of GBP 100,000 and uncapped commission.
- The role offers a stated progression path to Southern Sales Director within 12 months.
Role overview
Furza is hiring a Business Development Director to drive new business and existing account growth.
The role initially operates as a player-manager, owning a revenue target while managing and developing two BDMs or Business Development Executives.
The position contributes to building and shaping Furza's commercial team and southern-region growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business across Academy, Talent, Training, and Advisory services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Build relationships with founders, CEOs, and commercial or sales directors.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline.
- Lead consultative, insight-led sales conversations.
- Coach and develop the BDM team.
- Manage CRM, forecasting, and commercial performance.
