Position Title

Senior Manager / Manager – Strategic Alliances & Partnerships

Role Summary

We are looking for a mature, commercially strong and highly polished professional for a strategic alliances role focused on the Abu Dhabi market.

The candidate should come with strong relationship capital within banking, wealth management, private banking, family offices, asset management firms, or luxury real estate ecosystems.

This is not a pure sales role — we need someone intelligent, stable, business-oriented, and capable of building long-term institutional partnerships that generate revenue and HNI/UHNI client acquisition opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have a premium personality, excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.

Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

  • Identify and onboard partnerships with:
  • Banks
  • Private Banking divisions
  • Wealth Management firms
  • Family Offices
  • Asset Management companies

• Wealth Advisors And Financial Consultants

  • Build and manage long-term strategic alliances
  • Create structured referral and partnership frameworks
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Revenue & Business Growth

  • Generate qualified HNI/UHNI leads through partner networks
  • Work closely with internal sales teams to drive conversions
  • Track partnership performance and revenue contribution
  • Drive commercial outcomes and business expansion in the Abu Dhabi market

Market & Relationship Management

  • Represent the company professionally in high-profile meetings
  • Build credibility within luxury real estate and investment ecosystems
  • Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor awareness
  • Support cross-border and international client acquisition initiatives

Experience

  • 9–12 years of experience in:
  • Strategic Partnerships
  • Institutional Sales
  • Business Development
  • Wealth / Private Banking relationships
  • Strong exposure to:
  • Banking
  • Wealth Management
  • Asset Management

• Luxury Real Estate

  • Investment Advisory ecosystems
  • Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
  • Must have Abu Dhabi / UAE market exposure
