Our Client

  • A globally recognized food brand with ambitious international growth plans is looking for a senior marketing leader to build and scale demand across the GCC and priority international markets.
  • This is not a traditional brand management role. The mandate sits at the intersection of growth, trade marketing, digital commerce, customer acquisition, retention, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead growth strategy across multiple international markets
  • Drive acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat purchase performance
  • Build high performing digital and performance marketing programs
  • Strengthen marketplace and quick commerce growth across key platforms
  • Lead trade marketing initiatives across modern trade and key retail partners
  • Develop CRM and consumer lifecycle programs to increase frequency and loyalty
  • Drive data led decision making through analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement
  • Partner closely with commercial teams to improve distribution, visibility, and rate of sale

Must Have

  • 10+ years of FMCG marketing experience
  • Strong exposure to growth marketing, digital commerce, and trade marketing
  • Experience across UAE, GCC, or international markets
  • Proven ability to translate marketing investment into commercial results
  • Strong understanding of modern trade, e commerce, and quick commerce ecosystems
  • Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets, ROI, and performance metrics
  • Ability to operate comfortably across strategy and execution

  • Higher contribution from digital, e commerce, and quick commerce channels
  • Improved customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase metrics
