Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the foodservice sales strategy to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets
- Manage and grow relationships with key HoReCa, catering, bakery, and institutional customers across Saudi Arabia
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the foodservice sector
- Drive product listings, menu placements, and customer specific growth initiatives
- Work closely with chefs, purchasing teams, and foodservice operators to understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions
- Lead commercial negotiations, annual agreements, and pricing discussions with key accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with marketing, supply chain, and category teams to ensure effective execution of customer plans
- Manage distributor relationships and ensure strong market coverage and execution standards
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and performance reports for management
- Ensure achievement of KPIs related to sales growth, customer retention, and profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Foodservice Sales, HoReCa Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development within the FMCG or food industry
- Strong understanding of the Saudi foodservice market and customer landscape
- Established network across hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and institutional accounts
- Experience managing distributor led sales models
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze sales performance and develop strategic growth plans
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage

Must Have
