Our client, a leading FMCG organization, is looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations across its distribution network. You will manage warehousing, transportation, inventory movement, and third-party logistics while ensuring operational efficiency and service reliability.

Responsibilities
- Manage warehousing, distribution, and transportation activities across multiple operating locations
- Ensure inventory movements are accurately controlled while maintaining appropriate stock levels and warehouse discipline
- Manage third party logistics providers and contract partners against agreed operational and service standards
- Monitor logistics performance, identify operational gaps, and implement sustainable process improvements
- Support cost control initiatives while maintaining service standards
- Partner with cross functional teams to align logistics operations with business requirements
- Lead operational reviews, monitor key performance indicators, and develop the logistics function
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of logistics, warehousing, or distribution experience within the FMCG sector
- Proven experience managing warehouse operations, transportation, and third party logistics providers
- Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and distribution processes
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle, supported by strong reporting and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across multiple business functions
