Responsibilities
- Own and drive the national sales plan across courier, express, last mile and e commerce logistics as well as Air / Road and Sea Cargo
- Deliver revenue growth, new client acquisition, account retention and margin improvement
- Lead, coach and performance manage the sales team across territories and customer segments
- Build and convert pipeline across SMEs, e commerce sellers, corporates, retail, banking, healthcare, trading companies and other high frequency courier and cargo users
- Personally engage strategic accounts and high potential prospects
- Drive disciplined sales activity: prospecting, client visits, proposals, follow ups, closures and account reviews
- Strengthen key account management and improve wallet share from existing clients
- Monitor pricing, discounting, margins, credit terms and client profitability
- Support collections discipline and escalation management where required
- Track competitor activity, customer pain points and market opportunities as well as help plan counter strategies
- Build a practical, numbers led sales culture focused on closures, not just activity
- Manage a multi channel sales team of Indoor, Field Sales and Key Account personnel
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in courier, express, last mile, e commerce delivery or Freight
- Strong UAE market knowledge and existing customer network
- Proven track record of acquiring new accounts and growing revenue
- Strong understanding of courier/express realities: pickup discipline, delivery SLAs, failed deliveries, returns, COD, customer escalation and service recovery
- Commercially sharp with strong pricing, negotiation and margin discipline
- Strong team leadership, sales cadence and performance management capability
- Field first mindset and high personal ownership

Role Overview
- We are hiring a for a growing courier, Cargo and logistics business in the UAE.
- This role needs a strong commercial hunter someone who knows how to win business, build sales discipline, open accounts, grow revenue, and work closely with operations to ensure the service promise can actually be delivered.
- This is not a passive account management role. The business needs a field driven sales leader who can generate new business, strengthen existing accounts, improve sales productivity, and build a sharper national sales engine.
Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10–15+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in courier, express, last mile, e commerce delivery or Freight
- Strong UAE market knowledge and existing customer network. Great to have GCC experience.
- Proven track record of acquiring new accounts and growing revenue.
- Strong understanding of courier / express realities: pickup discipline, delivery SLAs, failed deliveries, returns, COD, customer escalation and service recovery.
- Commercially sharp with strong pricing, negotiation and margin discipline.
- Strong team leadership, sales cadence and performance management capability.
Must Have Requirements
- Courier / express / last mile / e commerce / Freight sales exposure.
- Strong new business development track record.
- UAE market experience.
- Field first mindset and high personal ownership.
