- Lead and oversee regional GRC initiatives across multiple markets
- Drive execution of GRC strategic objectives, OKRs, and transformation initiatives
- Oversee AML, sanctions, third party compliance, and regulatory governance activities
- Support development and operationalization of enterprise risk management and internal control programs
- Partner with business, Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations teams to strengthen governance
- Drive automation and process optimization initiatives
- Support leadership reporting including dashboards, risk insights, and compliance updates
- Manage and mentor GRC team members
- Coordinate with Delivery Hero central functions, auditors, and external stakeholders
- Lead or support sensitive investigations, escalations, and governance reviews
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on operations
Requirements
- 8 13 years of experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management
- Experience with AML, sanctions, third party compliance, and regulatory governance
- Strong stakeholder management and operational leadership skills

Role Overview
- The Senior Manager GRC will support the Director of GRC in driving the group wide Governance, Risk, and Compliance strategy across talabat markets.
- The role is responsible for leading regional compliance operations, strengthening governance frameworks, driving cross functional risk initiatives, and managing high impact regulatory and financial crime programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee regional GRC initiatives across multiple markets in alignment with group priorities and regulatory expectations.
- Drive the execution of GRC strategic objectives, OKRs, and transformation initiatives across workstreams.
- Oversee AML, sanctions, third party compliance, and regulatory governance activities across high risk markets.
- Support the development and operationalization of enterprise risk management and internal control programs.
- Partner with business, Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations teams to strengthen governance and compliance practices.
- Drive automation and process optimization initiatives to reduce manual compliance activities and improve visibility.
- Support leadership reporting including dashboards, risk insights, investigations trends, and compliance updates.
- Manage and mentor GRC team members while fostering a high accountability and collaborative culture.
- Coordinate with Delivery Hero central functions, auditors, and external stakeholders where required.
- Lead or support sensitive investigations, escalations, and governance reviews when needed.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on talabat operations.
