About the Role
Deloitte seeks a Senior Manager in Finance Transformation with deep EPM expertise to advise CFOs on modernizing planning and performance management. You will lead complex transformation programs, drive business development, and mentor teams.

Responsibilities
- Advise CFOs and senior executives on EPM strategy, target operating models, and transformation journeys
- Lead executive level wellness checks, diagnostic assessments, and roadmap definition across complex Finance environments
- Provide insight on Finance trends, regulatory considerations, and emerging technologies shaping the CFO agenda
- Own overall accountability for large, complex EPM programs, including commercial oversight, quality, risk, and outcomes
- Lead multi disciplinary teams across strategy, process, data, and technology workstreams
- Establish and oversee governance, manage executive steering committees, and resolve critical risks and escalations
- Lead and support business development efforts, including shaping proposals and presenting to executive buyers
- Serve as a senior relationship leader on key accounts, expanding Deloitte’s footprint through trusted advisory
- Contribute to the evolution of Deloitte’s Finance Transformation offerings, methodologies, and assets
- Bring deep EPM functional expertise to guide solution design across FP&A, Reporting, and Finance Data & Analytics
- Build, lead, and inspire high performing teams across multiple engagements
- Coach and develop team members, fostering an inclusive culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 10 15+ years of experience in management consulting, Finance leadership, and/or large scale Finance Transformation delivery
- Proven track record leading complex EPM or Finance Transformation programs at scale
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience supporting or leading sales pursuits and managing engagement economics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level
- Demonstrated commitment to talent development and inclusive leadership
- Bilingualism in French and English required for positions based in Quebec

Role Summary
- As a Senior Manager in Finance Transformation with a focus on EPM, you will advise CFOs and senior Finance leaders on modernizing planning, forecasting, and performance management.
- You will lead complex, multi workstream Finance Transformation programs anchored in EPM enabled planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Advisory & Thought Leadership: Advise CFOs on EPM strategy, lead diagnostics, provide insight on trends.
- Program & Engagement Leadership: Own accountability for large EPM programs, lead multi disciplinary teams, manage governance.
- Sales, Account & Practice Leadership: Lead business development, serve as senior relationship leader, contribute to offerings.
- Technical & Functional Oversight: Guide solution design across FP&A, Reporting, and Finance Data & Analytics.
- People & Culture Leadership: Build and inspire teams, coach and develop talent, foster inclusive culture.
About You
- Extensive experience leading EPM enabled Finance Transformation initiatives.
- Deep functional knowledge across FP&A, planning, forecasting, close and consolidation, management reporting.
- Strong understanding of finance data models, hierarchies, drivers, and analytics.
- Hands on experience with leading EPM platforms (Anaplan, SAP, OneStream, Oracle EPM, Workday/Adaptive).
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence C suite.
- Demonstrated success leading large, multi disciplinary programs.
- Industry experience: Energy & Resources is a strong asset.
Qualifications
- 10 15+ years in management consulting, Finance leadership, or large scale Finance Transformation delivery.
- Proven track record leading complex EPM or Finance Transformation programs at scale.
- Strong commercial acumen including sales pursuits and engagement economics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management at executive level.
- Commitment to talent development and inclusive leadership.
- Bilingualism (French/English) for Quebec positions.
Total Rewards
- Salary range: CAD 105,000 CAD 234,000.
- Eligible for bonus program.
