About the Role
Deloitte Global seeks a Senior Manager to lead the development and deployment of data, analytics, and AI/ML products within the new Data Strategy & Governance Office. You will drive product strategy, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with global stakeholders to mature internal data capabilities.

- Lead the development of new data, analytics and AI/ML products, defining and overseeing a robust execution approach
- Lead the identification of data, analytics and AI/ML opportunities across member firms to align product offerings with geo specific requirements
- Manage overall development roadmap of new product development and product enhancements
- Monitor market trends and the external landscape to identify product opportunities
- Manage the successful deployment and adoption of products and services
- Identify and execute recovery models (e.g., chargeback, cost transfer) with consumers of products and services, and monitor forecasts, budget/expense management
- Monitor and report progress with metrics designed to measure key outcomes
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in managing data, analytics and AI/ML products and services in global or matrixed organizations
- Expertise and hands on experience designing, optimizing, and scaling data and AI/ML products and services
- Experience with data strategy, analytics, AI/ML models, data science, and product disciplines including product design, backlog management, roadmap development, user experience and quality assurance
- Experience managing transformation programs using change methodologies
- Experience developing and managing performance metrics including operational, financial, and product specific metrics
- Experience managing data and AI/ML products on platforms (such as Snowflake, Databricks), building analytics using data modelling and AI/ML development tools (such as Vertex AI, Agentbricks), and deploying products using visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI)

- Manage the successful deployment and adoption of products and services.
- Identify and execute recovery models (e.g., chargeback, cost transfer) with consumers of products and services.
- Monitor and report progress with metrics designed to measure key outcomes.
About The Team
- The DSGO is responsible for building an integrated strategy and operating model to effectively manage global data throughout its lifecycle.
- The team reports to the Chief Transformation Officer.

- 7+ years of experience in managing data, analytics and AI/ML products and services in global or matrixed organizations.

Total Rewards
- The salary range for this position is CAD 104,000 CAD 215,000.
- Individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
