What You'll Be Doing
- Have a central role in designing and implementing the Fulfillment & Logistics capabilities.
- Lead the business case creation and capability development prioritization with a three year horizon.
- Maintain an understanding of advancements in process, technology and innovations across supply chain & logistics.
- Design and deliver the logistics & fulfillment capabilities simultaneously driving insights into actions.
- Develop detailed business cases to initiatives and lead prioritisation of capabilities.
- Navigate and influence complex organizational structures and align cross cultural, cross functional teams.
- Implement the prioritised capabilities across the end to end fulfillment and logistics processes.
- Apply programme management principles and tools to ensure capabilities are delivered at speed.
- Build and manage highly effective teams to help design and implement capabilities.
- Be a servant leader and great teammate able to navigate a matrix work environment.
- Be highly analytical and data driven to make informed decisions.
- Balance multiple deadlines and priorities along with communication to related stakeholders.
